Verticé by Healthesystems.

Creative in the healthcare space runs literal and specific by nature. Healthesystems wanted more: a SAAS app system built around the actual patient journey, spanning pharmacists, doctors, insurance accounts teams, and every stakeholder involved in the workers' comprehensive space, made easier to access, add to, and understand.

I led art direction and built the design system from the ground up, prototyping, testing, and sharing variations with the team throughout. Working closely with UI/UX teams, JavaScript developers, and category stakeholders meant learning how each one actually worked, so the app's information architecture reflected real use, not assumption. I also branded the product itself, distinct from but tied to Healthesystems, and led the marketing effort around it.

Beyond the build, I stepped into team lead and keynote speaker on design systems, functionality, and creative team inspiration, and designed exhibit spaces and nooks for sales and accounts teams to walk attendees through the product at events and meetings.

The result: modern, supportive, structured, accessible, advanced, streamlined. A clinical space redesigned around clarity and real human use, without losing the precision the work demands.
