Triage.
Tech employee placement is a crowded field, full of agencies that all sound the same. Triage wanted out of that pack, a way to signal the real caliber of talent they represent instead of blending into the standard staffing pitch. The moment mattered too: a new CEO, a new business model, and a significant announcement to the market, the kind of shift that needed a brand built to match it.
As senior designer and brand strategist, I led a full identity system from the ground up, brand book, messaging, logo, color, and typography guidelines, extended across email, business collateral, and the website itself. Social creative systems and calendar concepts came next, working alongside Triage's own social media team, followed by web production and development, animated education graphics, and a full icon library built to support the platform long-term.
The CEO came in with a clear vision. We always collaborate, but this one meant going deep to explore that vision fully, landing on three concept directions before moving into full-scale creative and buildout. I led a small, sharp team through it, a copywriter, strategist, account manager, and two developers, turning one leadership vision into a complete brand ecosystem.
The entire digital space had a much more human feel, whereas any user, from the job seeker to the corporate exec, can rely on clear, supportive information.
