Rainmaker.

The Rainmaker Companies were growing, fast, and going global, but the brand needed to scale with them without losing who they actually were: executive-level educators and leaders for the accounting and advisory profession. The challenge wasn't building a bigger company. It was building a brand big enough to hold that growth while staying exactly as credible and specific as the community it already led.

As brand strategist and creative director, I worked directly with Rainmaker's team to shape that strategy and the next steps for the company itself, leading a team of account leaders, brand specialists, web designers, and developers to bring it to life. That meant a full brand system, a clear space and usage guide built to hold up across every touchpoint, and a mobile-first site organized the same way the business actually works: by industry, service, and role.

Brand building only works if every piece pulls in the same direction. That meant a visual system built for consistency, a messaging approach that gave every touchpoint the same voice, and a set of assets and guidelines methodical enough that anyone on the team could deliver on-brand work without guessing. The throughline stayed constant: every asset, every message, every idea had to trace back to Rainmaker's actual vision, not just look good on its own.

Where future partners are built.

The campaign brought that line to life across bold environmental concepts and everyday screens, positioning Rainmaker as the place where the next generation of partners in accounting and advisory firms actually gets built, not just hired, no matter how big the company gets. It gave the company a brand built to scale worldwide without losing the leadership and expertise it was already known for.
