YouFit Gyms.

I started with YouFit at the digital ad level. The gym category is loud and every competitor sounds the same, so a sharper ad wasn’t the fix. The real problem sat one layer down: understanding who was actually walking through the door.

That understanding became the big idea: meet people at the confidence level they're actually at, not the one a typical fitness ad assumes. Whether someone's chasing their first class or their hundredth, the brand needed to speak to where they are, not just where a gym wants them to be.

From there, the work meant leading creative direction on rolling quarterly and monthly campaigns, ideating, building, and producing alongside YouFit's team to scale membership and drive engagement around new classes and events, running across Google, Meta, and iHeartRadio.

This wasn't a single campaign and done. It was a continued partnership, part of YouFit's broader rebrand, always pushing the creative forward to connect with new members and keep current ones engaged in their fitness journey.

Momentum and exposure grew across every channel it ran on, real proof of a brand built around health and fitness earning a stronger foothold in a packed market.
