A brand-new luxury residential community needed a brand to match it from day one, under Streetsense, built as both a real estate presence and a true community brand and website working side by side.
As lead art director and creative, I developed the brand itself, along with the media ideas behind it, working with a team of designers, content creators, strategists, and a full account team to bring it to life. Full brand exploration led into a complete style guide, messaging, and brand toolkit, extended across web and social, plus PR, launch kits, and the media and marketing needed to introduce Maybrook Estates to the world.
