GymRevenue.

Gym owners were stuck juggling disconnected software just to run their business, no single system built for how a fitness club actually operates. GymRevenue, under Cape & Bay, was the answer: a SaaS platform built from the ground up, brand, product, marketing, and the investment strategy behind it, as a true startup, not a redesign of something that already existed, with Salesforce and HubSpot standing as the giants it was built to compete against. The vision from day one: your world, your place, your GymRevenue.

The idea was simple to state and hard to build: give the owner their day back. One connected rhythm instead of a dozen disconnected tools, employees, clients, and leads, calendars, meetups, campaigns, revenue and banking, onboarding, team documents, all in one place, so the business owner can focus on what they love instead of living on a computer.

I led design and design experience across the full build, working alongside a team of 20 designers, writers, and developers, and directly with exec and investment-level stakeholders shaping where the platform was headed. Every piece, UI, onboarding, the data experience itself, built customizable to how each business actually runs, with room to scale beyond fitness into other categories entirely.

The branding, vision, strategy, and marketing landed early and hard. By the proof-of-concept stage, interested buyers and investors were already circling, ready to move on the fitness space. That's the clearest signal there is: the idea, and the execution behind it, was exactly right.

Your world. Your place. Your GymRevenue.
