Snapshot branding.
Snapshot was a production shop that could do the work. It needed to become an agency that could lead it. As Creative Director, I rebuilt the agency from the inside out, partnering with my digital and web team directors on identity, positioning, culture, and the new business approach that let it compete for a different kind of client entirely.
A look.
The old logo didn't have the punch the team inside the building already had, so I rebuilt it. Bold color, chosen with real restraint, built around energetic rhythms instead of noise. A presentation system and imagery that put people inside the vision itself, not just a slide about it, framing the agency and every client project the same way: idea, client, and agency, all first, all equal. Snapshot wasn't a marketing company taking orders like a drive-through. It delivered ideas, kept the promises behind them, and let character lead. The work is the idea. The team is the fuel. The client is the one who gets to see possibilities they never imagined until they walked in the door.
"No one ever made something amazing by blending in. We believe boundaries were made to be pushed, lines colored over, and the status quo broken. Standing out means finding a new way to look at things."
That idea became the whole culture, not just the tagline. Alongside my digital and web team directors, I built new teams, new processes, and a new energy around getting the work done and done right, then pointed all of it at a bigger question: what happens when a production shop starts thinking like a strategy-led creative agency. Client expectations rose. Category range widened. New business started walking in the door instead of getting chased down.

Rebuilding Snapshot meant proving a production shop could become a real strategic partner, not just a faster vendor. Client expectations rose because the work gave them a reason to expect more.
New clients, new categories, new teams and processes built around one energetic culture: get it done, and done right. Growth followed the identity, not the other way around.
The process behind it.
02 Design
Every touchpoint had to carry the new identity: brand, culture, the work itself. I built a visual and verbal system energetic enough to match the agency's actual pace, then held every team to it.
03 Collaboration
This wasn't a solo rebrand. New teams, new processes, and a culture built around getting the job done, and done right, only worked because I built it alongside the people doing the work every day.
04 Product & Development
Growth meant proving the new positioning could hold up client by client. I led new business alongside the rebrand itself, bringing on new clients and new categories that wouldn't have looked at the old Snapshot twice.
01 Strategy
The agency had the talent. It needed the position. I redefined what Snapshot was for, strategic, creative, and collaborative, not just a place that executes what a client already decided.
